Does the app work offline on the jobsite?
Yes. Photos, notes, hours and material bookings all work fully offline. As soon as the employee is back on signal, the app syncs automatically with the office. No data loss on rough-in sites, no drama in basement dead zones.
Are the invoices GoBD-compliant?
Yes. Handwerkspilot generates invoices with checksum, tamper-evident storage, and a GoBD certification on request. You can archive invoices for 10 years, unchanged, exactly as the German tax office requires.
Can we migrate from DATEV or Lexoffice?
Yes. Customer records, open items and your price catalogue come in via CSV or direct DATEV import. A migration session is part of onboarding — we run your first invoice batch together with you so nothing is lost.
