The DSP grind

Amazon gives you a portal โ€” not the software you actually run your DSP with every morning.

๐ŸŒ€

Rosters live in spreadsheet chaos

Every morning at 6am, the same fight: DA availability, routes pulled from the DSP portal, sick calls, replacements โ€” spread across three sheets and a WhatsApp group. Mistakes cost you wave points and sleep.

๐Ÿ“‰

Scorecards seen too late

You only see DA scorecards in the weekly report, so you react instead of prevent. By the time you notice a driver slipping on DCR, the week's rhythm is gone โ€” and turnover follows shortly after.

โš ๏ธ

Compliance with no overview

License checks, driver training records, van inspections, onboarding paperwork โ€” every DA has a different workflow. Without central deadlines, you walk into Amazon warnings you should have caught weeks earlier.

One tool, one morning

From the DSP portal to a view your dispatch team actually opens at 6am.

Rosters

Daily rosters in minutes, not hours

Pull routes straight from the DSP portal, match DAs by availability, scorecard and van. Swap by drag and drop, push notifications to your DA in English, German or Polish โ€” before the first van leaves the yard.

  • Import DA routes from the DSP portal
  • Suggested match: which DA runs which route
  • Push and SMS notifications to the DA
  • Full history: who ran which route, when

Scorecards

DA scorecards live โ€” not on Friday

DSPFlow pulls DA metrics daily, not weekly. You see DCR, POD and delivery quality per driver the moment Amazon publishes it. Seven and thirty day trends, alerts on deviation โ€” before the weekly rhythm catches you out.

  • DCR, POD and delivery quality per DA
  • 7 and 30 day trends instead of weekly recap
  • Alerts on a โˆ’5% deviation
  • 1:1 coaching notes attached to each driver

Compliance

Every compliance deadline in one list

Every DA, every van, every deadline: license checks, driver training, MOT/TรœV, first aid. DSPFlow warns you thirty days out and automatically blocks the roster if a document expires. No more Amazon calls about missing paperwork.

  • Central deadline list across DAs and vans
  • 30-day email reminders
  • Auto-block the roster on expired documents
  • Digital license check per ยง 21 StVG (DACH)

Common questions

What DSP owners ask us before signing up

How much does DSPFlow cost?

DSPFlow starts at โ‚ฌ149/month for DSPs running up to 25 vans, with โ‚ฌ4/month per additional van and all modules included. No setup fee, monthly cancellation. We'll walk through the exact pricing on the onboarding call we book after your access request.

Where do the DA scorecards come from โ€” do you have an Amazon API?

Amazon publishes a set of reports to DSPs through the DSP portal, including DA scorecards and Fleet Health. DSPFlow pulls those reports daily and normalises them into a single view. We don't use internal Amazon APIs โ€” only the official DSP reports.

Does DSPFlow replace the Amazon DSP portal?

No. The DSP portal stays the source of truth toward Amazon. DSPFlow is the working layer on top: everything your team actually clicks in the morning lives inside DSPFlow โ€” data import, roster building, driver messaging, compliance nudges. Invoicing and official reports stay in the DSP portal.

Does driver onboarding work in English and German?

Yes. Every driver view โ€” mobile app and email โ€” is available in English, German and Polish. You can send onboarding paperwork in the DA's language, including digital signature and automatic filing into the compliance folder.

How fast can I go live?

Typical time from kick-off to your first roster in DSPFlow is five working days. We handle importing your current DA list, connect the DSP portal, and train your dispatch team across two 60-minute sessions. After that you go live.

Is my driver data stored in a GDPR-compliant way?

Yes. DSPFlow runs entirely from a Frankfurt data centre under an Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement, with a six-month deletion policy for inactive drivers. You'll get the DPA before we sign a contract.

Early access

Lower DA turnover. Better scorecards. A morning that runs to plan again.

We're opening DSPFlow in March to ten DSPs across DACH and the UK. If you want to be one of them, drop your work email โ€” we'll be in touch this week with an onboarding slot.
